   According to nhs.uk, after just a single night of poor sleep, you may feel fatigue and irritability.  When one night turns to more, you’ll experience mental deficiencies (foggy headed, difficulty concentrating and even find it hard to make decisions.) and it may start to impact you emotionally as well, feeling down.
